Celebrating 25 Years of Dedication at Blue Coat School
This week, we were delighted to invite all staff to a special gathering to celebrate Tracey Simmons and her remarkable contribution to Blue Coat School.
Tracey has been part of the Blue Coat family since October 1999, marking over 25 years of dedicated service. During this time, she has held a variety of roles across the school, always bringing commitment, resilience and a strong sense of care to everything she does.
In her current work within A2S and Crossroads, Tracey supports students through some of the most challenging and important moments in their school journey. She is known for her ability to balance firmness with fairness and kindness, helping students to reset, rebuild and re engage with their education.
Her impact is felt across the entire school community. Through her consistency, compassion and honesty, she has helped countless young people find their way and succeed.
As was shared during the celebration, more than 25 years in a role like this is not simply a career, it is a legacy.
We are incredibly grateful for Tracey’s dedication, professionalism and the humanity she brings to her work every single day. It was a privilege to celebrate this milestone together.
Congratulations, Tracey, and thank you for everything you do for Blue Coat School.
